SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the Pop Box LLC text messaging program (the “Program”). By enrolling, opting in, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms and consent to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from Pop Box LLC (“Pop Box,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) at the mobile number you provided.

 

1. Program Description

The Program delivers marketing and informational messages, which may include product updates, reminders and account notifications. Message content may vary based on your engagement and account activity.

 

2. Opt-In & Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting into the Program, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Pop Box LLC, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) or other automated technology. You understand and agree that:

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and maintaining accurate contact information.
  • You may receive messages from Pop Box LLC even if your number is registered on a Do Not Call list, as your consent supersedes such registration for this Program.
 
3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 6 messages per month. Additional messages may be sent in response to your interactions (e.g., when you text HELP, STOP, or respond to a message).

 
4. Message & Data Rates

Message & data rates may apply. Your carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages, including while roaming. Pop Box LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

 
5. Opt-Out & Revocation of Consent

You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages from Pop Box LLC unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers & Delivery Disclaimer

The Program is supported by most major U.S. carriers; however, delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and may not be available in all areas. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 
8. Privacy & Data Use

Pop Box LLC respects your privacy. We may collect information you provide in connection with the Program, such as your mobile number and message interactions, and use it to operate and improve the Program, communicate with you, and provide customer support. We do not sell your consent to receive SMS messages. Your opt-in information and consent records may be retained to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws and carrier requirements.

 
9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in the Program. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

 
10. Changes to the Program or SMS Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Program or update these SMS Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
